Breakfast Attendant – Ruston, LA

Hotel breakfast attendants at Home2 Suites by Hilton are responsible for preparing, stocking, and cleaning the morning buffet while providing friendly customer service.
Shifts typically run early (e.g., 5:00 AM to 11:30 AM). Core Responsibilities:

• Buffet Management: Setting up the food line, replenishing hot and cold items, and keeping the coffee and beverage stations full.
• Cleanliness: Sanitizing tables, sweeping/mopping the dining area, and washing dishes throughout the morning.
• Guest Service: Welcoming guests, answering questions, and maintaining a positive, hospitable environment.
• Inventory & Food Safety: Tracking food supplies, logging temperatures, and ensuring compliance with health codes.
• All other duties as assigned.
